1. General terms

1.1. The “FAVBOOSTER” promotion (hereinafter: Promotion) is carried out as part of marketing activities with the aim of attracting attention, forming and maintaining interest in the Favbet brand (hereinafter: Brand).

1.2. The promotion is held for the clients who have registered and placed promotional bets within the specified period.

1.3. The promotion also takes place at betting shops and self-service betting terminals.

2. Place and dates of the Promotion

2.1. The promotion is held online on the website www.favbet.hr, in the mobile version of the site and in Brand’s mobile applications.

2.2. The promotion also takes place at betting shops and self-service betting terminals.

2.3. The promotion period lasts from 11.11.2025 at 11:00:00 to 31.12.2026 at 23:59:59 (UTC +2).

3. Requirements for participants of the Promotion

3.1. The participant of the Promotion can be an adult natural person with legal capacity (18 years old), who has a registered user account on the website www.favbet.hr and has confirmed their participation on the Promotion page. The promotion also takes place at betting shops and self-service betting terminals.

3.2. The conditions for opening and using a user account are regulated by the rules of participation in the game published on the website https://www.favbet.hr/hr/pravila/.

3.3. By participating in this Promotion, the participant expresses their agreement with these Rules and undertakes to comply with them and be guided by them in their relations with the Company's Administration and other participants.

4. Promotion Mechanics

4.1. The promotion is addressed exclusively to players who hold an active account on the Organizer's platform and is also available at betting shops and self-service betting terminals.

4.2. Only Pre-match Multiple-type bets placed in the Sports section are considered.

4.3 Depending on the total number of events included on the bet slip, a percentage multiplier will be applied to the total odds of the bet, as follows:

For 4 events – 3% (equivalent odds: 1.03)

For 5 events – 4% (equivalent odds: 1.04)

For 6 events – 5% (equivalent odds: 1.05)

For 7 events – 8% (equivalent odds: 1.08)

For 8 events – 10% (equivalent odds: 1.10)

For 9 events – 12% (equivalent odds: 1.12)

For 10 or more events – 15% (equivalent odds: 1.15)

4.4 The FAVBOOSTER grid applies to all bet slips that include a minimum of 4 events, each with a minimum odds of 1.35, and a minimum bet of €0.50.

4.5 The additional percentage established according to the grid is represented by the equivalent of an odds value.

4.6 The final percentage is updated after all events on the bet slip have been validated (regardless of the result). If at least one event on the ticket receives odds of 1.00 for any reason, the promotion may still apply, provided that at least 4 events on the ticket continue to meet the minimum odds requirement of 1.35.

4.7 If a ticket includes one or more events with odds below 1.35, the additional percentage may only be granted if, after excluding these events, the ticket still meets the eligibility criteria specified in the grid above.
- Example: If a ticket contains 10 (ten) events, of which 7 (seven) have minimum odds of 1.35 and 3 (three) have odds below 1.35, the ticket is considered eligible for the 7 (seven) events that meet the eligibility criteria. According to the FAVBOOSTER grid, an additional winning percentage of 8% (equivalent odds: 1.08) will be applied.

4.8 The FAVBOOSTER Promotion does not apply to System Bets or Risk-Free Bets, and in cases where the Cash Out option is used, it becomes invalid.

4.9 The maximum payout, i.e. the maximum winnings per bet slip, cannot exceed €130,000.

5. Rights and responsibilities of participants and the Administration

5.1. Promotion participant has the right to:

- participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules;

- receive information about the terms and conditions of the Promotion;

- receive a prize in the event that the participant is announced a winner (provided that the participant has met the conditions specified in these Rules);

- decide not to participate in the Promotion.

5.2. Participant is obliged to:

- comply with all conditions of these Rules.

5.3. Administration has the right to:

- require participants to comply with these Rules;

- deny any person participation in the Promotion in case of violation of the Rules;

- deny the prize to the winner in case of non-compliance with the Rules;

- expand or change the list of prizes.

5.4. Administration is not responsible for:

- postponement of deadlines and errors during the Promotion;

- non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) of participants obligations provided for in these Rules;

- operational errors and other technical problems of communication operators (telephone and internet), which directly serve participants and the Administration;

- receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact and/or other information from participants required for the Promotion;

- failure to receive letters, calls or electronic messages from participants due to technical problems and/or fraud on the Internet and/or communication channels used during the Promotion;

- - non-fulfilment or improper fulfillment of one's obligations towards the participants of the Promotion as a result of malfunctions in telecommunications and energy networks, the operation of malicious programs, as well as dishonest actions of third parties.

6. Special conditions

6.1. Participation in the Promotion implies participant’s full compliance with these Rules.

6.2. For all questions related to the Promotion, participants can contact us using the information provided in the "Contacts" section on the website www.favbet.hr.

6.3. The Promotion is not available to Favbet employees and/or companies or individuals who are otherwise connected with the organization, preparation and implementation of the Promotion, as well as to their family members.

6.4. In case it is determined that the participant of the Promotion has violated these Rules, they will be excluded from participation in the Promotion.

6.5. In disputed situations, the decision of the Administration is final.
