The "Welcome Bonuses" promotion runs from 08.10.2025 to 31.12.2026.

The organization and execution of the promotion are governed by the participation terms (hereinafter the “Rules”), the official text of which is published on the website www.favbet.hr.

The purpose of the promotion is to promote the organizer's trademark in gambling activities.

A participant may be any natural person who is registered and verified on the website www.favbet.hr, has reached the age of 18 at the time of participation in the Promotion, and has no legally established restrictions regarding participation in gambling.

By accepting these Rules, the participant confirms that they are familiar with the organizer's rules and understands that they must comply with the principles of responsible gambling published on the organizer's gambling website www.favbet.hr.

The mechanism for participating in the "Welcome Bonuses" promotion is determined solely by the participant's registration date on the organizer's platform, as recorded in the system. The registration date is decisive for access to the relevant bonus offer, regardless of the moment of activation of the first deposit.

Participants who registered on the organizer's platform during the specified period are entitled to use the "Risk-Free Bet up to €30 + Pre-wager Bonus up to €300 (PWB)" bonus offer, which includes:

The "Bonus up to €300" offer, which consists of 2 bonuses of up to €150 each, activated depending on the amount of the first deposit and completion of the first bonus.

The "Risk-Free Bet up to €30" offer, which includes two risk-free bets worth up to €15 each. The first €15 Risk-Free Bet bonus is awarded the day after the first deposit, and the second €15 Risk-Free Bet bonus is awarded the day after the second deposit.

The participant independently selects the bonus program only once during registration, and further participation in the Promotion and receipt of bonuses is carried out exclusively in accordance with the terms of the selected program.

To activate the "Welcome Bonuses" promotion, the participant must select a bonus and make a minimum first deposit of €10 (ten euros).

A top-up of the account in the amount of at least €10 (ten euros) activates the first bonus level for sports betting. Upon completion of each level, the next one is automatically unlocked.

Each level must be activated with the minimum deposit specified in the bonus terms within the user profile by selecting the corresponding bonus.

The participant can track the wagering progress of the bonus within their profile; the progress bar is updated at least every 10 minutes.

If the first deposit after registration was less than the amounts specified above, the participant may activate the first bonus with any subsequent deposit of at least €10 within 10 (ten) days from the registration date. During the top-up, the participant has the opportunity to select the first of the 2 bonuses (stages) offered by the organizer.

If the amount wagered on the betting slip exceeds €15 (before any handling fees), the bet is not eligible for the “Risk-Free Bet up to €15” bonus conditions.

Bets marked as "Return" do not count toward the “Risk-Free Bet up to €15” bonus offer conditions.

If the “Risk-Free Bet” option is not selected when placing the bet, it is not possible to request its inclusion retroactively.

A player may use this promotion only once, regardless of the stake.

After the participant selects and activates the available Bonus, the corresponding Bonus (in the form of a percentage on deposit or Risk-Free Bet as specified in tables 11–12) will be credited to the participant's Bonus balance and made available for further play.

For the further transfer of the Bonus to the “Real Money Wallet” (real balance) in the form of electronic monetary equivalents, the participant must complete (wager) the Bonus within the next 11 (eleven) calendar days from the moment of activation by clicking the "Start" button, in accordance with the rules and conditions of the activated Bonus. All details of each individual Bonus will be available to the participant in their user account under the "Bonuses" section.

If the participant has not started wagering the Bonus within the period specified in tables 11–12, such participant loses the right to receive the corresponding Bonus and its subsequent transfer to the “Real Money Wallet” (real balance).

If, during the wagering of the current Bonus, the participant selects the next available Bonus, the current Bonus will be cancelled, along with any bonus funds earned from wagering the Bonus.

Bonus funds are transferred (credited) to the “Real Money Wallet” (real balance) if the participant meets the established betting conditions and are calculated according to the last bonus bet within one hour.

In the event that the participant submits a withdrawal request from the “Real Money Wallet” (real balance) during the wagering/playing of the bonus, the current bonus will be cancelled and funds credited to the Bonus balance (from bonus wagering) will be voided.

When using the bonus, the user may play both sports and casino, regardless of the fact that bonus wagering is possible only in one selected section. Any winnings achieved in any betting section remain invalid if the user does not complete the bonus wagering or cancels the bonus.

If both the “Real Money Wallet” (real balance) and the “Bonus Wallet” are at zero, the bonus becomes automatically inactive and further wagering is not possible.

The Bonus Wallet cannot be used to participate in active tournaments or promotions on the Favbet website and mobile application.

In the event of technical difficulties and/or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the promotion from being held, the organizer reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel such promotion without paying any additional compensation to participants.

The organizer has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a bonus to any participant or group of participants if abusive betting strategies are detected.

By participating in the promotion, the participant expresses their consent to these Rules, thereby undertaking to comply with them and be guided by them in relations with the promotion organizer and other participants. A participant who fails to comply with the promotion rules may lose participant status and has no right to any compensation from the organizer.

If, at the time of participating in the promotion, the Participant has set a personal betting limit by enabling the "SELF-EXCLUSION" function on the organizer's website, such participant loses the right to receive any prize/bonus in the promotion.

A player may not have more than one online user account registered with the organizer.

All players who use multiple user accounts during the promotion period violate the promotion rules, and the promotion organizer may decide to temporarily or permanently remove or close the user account(s).

The organizer (Favorit sportska kladionica d.o.o.) has the right to check and monitor all transactions at any time and for its own reasons to ensure compliance with the promotion rules. If the organizer discovers that a player is not complying with the rules, is using multiple user accounts for betting, or is employing abusive betting strategies, their bonus may be revoked along with any winnings.

Players who use multiple user accounts or violate these rules will be excluded from this promotion.
